The calming environment and the accompanying bar made it a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. the spa services offered at the hotel were rejuvenating, providing a much-needed relaxation experience. The business facilities, including the desk and photocopier, catered well to my work requirements. the fitness centre was adequate, offering fitness classes to keep up with my workout routine while traveling. The staff, though not overly friendly, were service-minded and attentive. Special mention to the spa therapists for their professional approach during my spa therapy session. the overall experience at Vivanta Jammu City Centre was pleasant and provided the tranquility I sought during my visit.
